FIRST in Katy ISD Events at Katy Mills and LaCenterra

The first two Katy ISD-wide robotics team demonstration was held Saturday October 18, 2014, at Katy Mills Mall and Saturday October 25, 2014, at LaCenterra.

All five KISD teams were there - Morton Ranch, Seven Lakes, Taylor, Tompkins, and Cinco Ranch. Fifteen members of the RoboSpartans team were onsite to demonstrate the robots, set up button making for the younger ones in the audience, and most importantly, spread the word about Katy ISD Robotics with the crowd that gathered. Thanks extended to Frank Lombard of the Katy Area Economic Development Council and Don Massey of Katy Mills Mall for putting this demonstration in motion.
