It has been over a month since the build season started, and despite all the challenges, the team pulled through to create a one of a kind robot. By the time most people read this update, the build season will be almost or already finished, if not, improvements are without a doubt a priority. Either way, the builders of the Seven Lakes High School Robotics Club, best known as the RoboSpartans, will start the hike on the long road to State, National, and possibly more competitions. As of now, it's time to fire up the practice robot and prepare for the games ahead. It won't be long until updates on competitions appear here, until then, it's time to practice.
For the last two weeks, a lot of programming and tweaking have been done to some designs to the robot, but that's normal, after all, all things could use some improvement. In other words, Rockwell Automation came by the Robert Shaw Center and talked to our team about many things. Rockwell Automation got a little demonstration of what we had, and after gave some tips as if they were our mentors. Overall, good progress is being made and the team is as great as can be, there still is another week ahead, so, it's back to work.
