The First Competition

                                   On March 17 and 18, the Robospartans competed at the Lonestar Central competitions, one of the first after the build season had ended. After placing 14th of of the 41 teams competing, our team moved to the quarter finals as the 8th seeded Alliance captains. From here, the team chose Shade Tree Robotics and The Mayde Creek RoboRams, Team number's 3999 and 6488 respectively, as our alliance partners. Soon, our alliance went on to compete against one of the top seeded alliances in the quarter finals. After two consecutive losses, our alliance was sadly eliminated from the competition. Even after a loss, the overall competition ended with the team in a good standing, and with Alamo coming up soon, we hope to improve our standings. The drive team did an outstanding job competing and will continue to do better as they will be practicing as much as possible.
