2021 VIRTUAL SUMMER MIDDLE SCHOOL WEB DEVELOPMENT CAMP
We will be hosting our first ever Website Development camp this summer. This camp will be hosted online via zoom and is open to all middle school students. This course is specially designed to prepare middle school students to learn how to build their own website from scratch using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we require students to participate online in this camp due to its easy to access nature and free software that will be used during the camp. We highly recommend students who are driven to further their education in technology and are excited to learn more about the internet and how to host elegant and efficient websites by themselves. This course will teach the fundamentals of putting information online with code, maintenance, and advanced techniques to make a website look more appealing and presentable. We want to teach as many students as possible and make the biggest impact in the community with this camp so join us in the journey to learn how to use basic programming knowledge and apply it to the internet! There will be TWO sessions of the SAME camp so please be sure to sign up to whichever camp works best for your schedule. Along with the usual instruction time listed, we will also be hosting office hours or hours dedicated to tutoring or providing additional support to students who have additional questions. This camp is hosted by the brightest minds at Seven Lakes High School and members of the RoboSpartans. We are experienced in high level programming and hope to inspire your child to join our team in the future!
